Blocking of units and telematic payments<\/h2>

1. Unit Reservation and Blocking<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When you make the reservation payment for a real estate unit with Vivantia Homes, you will proceed to the exclusive blocking of said unit for a period of 30 calendar days<\/strong>. During this period, the unit will be out of available inventory and will not be offered to other interested parties.<\/p>\n

Reserve Amount<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The standard amount for the reservation of a unit is USD 2,000 (two thousand U.S. dollars)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During the 30 days following the payment of the reservation, the customer will be able to request a refund of the amount paid<\/strong>. Reimbursement will be made deducting management costs and commissions derived from telematic payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The management fees and commissions<\/strong> are usually from the 5% of transaction value<\/strong>, although this percentage may be vary depending on the financial institution used and the currency in which the payment was made.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Vivantia Homes will provide the customer with a breakdown of these expenses upon request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Reimbursement Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Once the refund request has been accepted, the refund process can take up to 14 calendar days (2 weeks)<\/strong> to be reflected in the customer's account, depending on the processing times of the corresponding bank or financial institution.<\/p>\n

    5. General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      No refund requests will be accepted after the 30-day lockout period unless approved by the sales and handling agent.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      In case of continuing with the purchase process after the reservation period, the amount paid will be credited as part of the down payment for the property.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      By making the reservation, the client expressly accepts the conditions detailed herein.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:<\/h2>\n
