their port of origin.<\/li>\n<li>Theme, ecological or amusement parks<\/li>\n<li>Port and maritime infrastructures.<\/li>\n<li>Tourism infrastructures, such as restaurants, golf courses, sports facilities, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Small and medium-size tourism-related companies<\/li>\n<li>Companies providing basic services for tourism, such as garbage collection or environmental sanitation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>But not only that, you can also <strong>buy apartments that are part of Confotur projects<\/strong>The property can be used either to live in or to rent to third parties,
