1. When does the work start?
Groundbreaking will be in December 2024.
What is included in the apartment?
All properties are delivered with refrigerator, stove, oven, extractor fan and air conditioner.
3. What furniture is included with the apartment?
All the properties are delivered with complete furniture of first quality and design according to the list by typology.
4. What is the maintenance cost of the property?
The maintenance cost is stipulated at 2$USD x m2.
5. How many parking spaces are included in the price?
All apartments come with a park included in the final price.
Deposits will be sold separately.
Can I rent my apartment?
A rental and administrative management operator will be proposed.
What do I have to do to book my apartment at Oasis Bay?
- 2000 USD to reserve
- The 20% is completed upon signing of the promise of sale contract (maximum 30 days after reservation).
- 40% during construction
- 40% on delivery

1. When does the work start?
Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2024.
What is included in the apartment?
All properties are delivered with refrigerator, stove, oven, extractor fan and air conditioning.
3. What furniture is included with the apartment?
At the time of construction will be offered the option of furniture which is NOT included in the price.
4. What is the maintenance cost of the property?
Maintenance is estimated at around 1.5 $/m2** constructed.
5. How many parking spaces are included in the price?
At Boutique Oasis Bay, we provide 3 parking spaces per villa.
Can I rent my villa?
A rental and administrative management operator will be proposed, which will be optional for residents.
What do I have to do to book my apartment at Oasis Bay?
- 5000 USD to reserve Upon signing of promise of sale contract 20% is completed (maximum 30 days after reservation)
- 40% during construction
- 40% at delivery (March 2027)
